Streamer mode

Streamer mode blurs sensitive client data across the dashboard so you can safely take screenshots, record your screen, or live-stream without exposing personal data.

How to turn it on

• The eye icon at the bottom of the sidebar, next to the notification bell.
• The same icon in the Inbox toolbar — handy on a phone, where there's no sidebar.
• In the platform admin on a phone — the “Streamer” button at the start of the bottom bar (on a computer it's the same eye icon in the sidebar).
• The toggle in Profile → “Streamer mode”.
• The Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+H shortcut — works anywhere except while the cursor is in a text field.

What gets hidden

Client identifier values are blurred: names, emails, phones, Telegram/VK/WhatsApp handles, IP addresses, passwords and balance — in the inbox list, the message author line, the contact card (including the VPN profile) and the BillManager panel.

Photos are hidden too: client avatars (in the Inbox, the contact card, the contacts list, analytics) and the photos and videos a client sends in the chat. What you send isn't blurred.

Contact-card blocks your project wires to its own API (Settings → Operator tools → Contact Card) are blurred the way an admin set them up. By default, whatever looks like personal data is hidden: email, phone, messengers, IDs, balance, IP, address, cards and wallets, tokens and passwords, names. An admin can hide or show any field, or hide a block entirely — see Contact card. The contact's Details that the project sends through the widget or the API, and its internal ID, follow the same rules.

Link buttons of those blocks, such as “Open in bot”, don't show their URL on hover in streamer mode — it often carries the client's ID. A click opens the link as usual.

How much to hide is chosen in Profile → “Streamer mode”, under “What to hide”:

• “Client data only” (default) — just the client data listed above.
• “Everything, incl. staff” — additionally colleague names and photos, internal note authors, system events in the chat, and your own name, email and photo in the sidebar and profile.

This choice is also stored on the device only.

Revealing a value

• Click a blurred value to reveal just that one. Hovering only shows a “Click to reveal” hint, so data can't accidentally flash on stream.
• A client's photo opens in the viewer on click — still blurred; the “Show” button reveals it. A video reveals with the same button right in the chat. Avatars in lists stay blurred.
• If a blurred value is a link (a name that opens a card, say), the first click or Enter only reveals it; the second one opens the link.
• Turning the mode off hides every revealed value again.

In the platform admin

The mode works in the platform admin too. The platform's customers — project owners, their operators and contacts — count as client data and are hidden in either scope; other platform admins and the platform's own numbers count as staff and are hidden only in the “Everything, incl. staff” scope.

• Users and the user card: name, email, photo, last sign-in IP, session devices and IPs, the password reset link; in the edit dialog the name and email stay blurred until you click into the field.
• Projects and moderation: the project's name and key, the owner, the members, the balance, the custom price, the customers and operators in the project's tickets, the rejection reason.
• Money: who paid, the payment amount, the order number, comments on balance movements. The platform's revenue, expenses and profit count as staff data.
• Audit log: who acted (an admin counts as staff, a project's operator as client), the IP, whom it touched and the action's details. Also promo codes, proxy addresses and logins, the recipient of sent emails and the account you entered with “Log in as”.

Once you've entered a customer's account with “Log in as”, the whole dashboard is the customer's data and is hidden in either scope, as in the platform admin: the account's name, email and photo, its operators and the project's name — in the project switcher, the profile, the settings and the bot and email previews.

Pop-up notices about actions (“Logging in as …”, “Project “…” deleted”) show “•••” instead of the name in streamer mode. “Copy” buttons still copy the real value.
