Platform settings
For Admins

Platform settings

Rules for the whole platform: sign-up, new projects, channels, modules, maintenance mode, plans and emails.

Platform admins only: “Admin panel → Platform → Platform settings”. It's a single page with eight sections, reachable from “On this page”. The first six sections share the save bar at the bottom, plans are saved in the plan's dialog, and each email is saved on its own.

Platform

  • Platform Name — goes into emails in place of {{platform_name}} and into the message sent when a Telegram group is connected.
  • Logo — a link to an image. The dashboard and the sign-in page don't show it right now.

Sign-up and sign-in

  • Open Registration — the main switch. When it's off, nobody new can sign up, and only platform admins can create projects.
  • New account sign-up closes sign-up only. People can sign up only while both switches are on.
  • Sign-in needs a confirmed email — users can't sign in until they follow the link in the confirmation email.

New projects

  • Project Moderation — a new project waits for approval under “Admin panel → Customers → Moderation”. Platform admins' projects go straight through; in Enterprise mode moderation doesn't apply.
  • Plan for new projects — every new project starts on this plan.
  • Workspaces per user limit — how many projects one account can own, 0 for no limit. The limit for a single person is changed on their card; it doesn't apply to platform admins.

Channels

  • Web widget, Telegram, Email, REST API. A channel that's off can't be connected, and incoming messages through it are refused in every project.

Modules

  • AI assistant, Billing, Knowledge base, Macros, Departments. A module that's off is unavailable to every project, whatever its plan. See Modules and plan features for how modules and plans combine.

Maintenance mode

  • Close the platform for maintenance — once confirmed and saved, operators and customers lose access: the platform replies that maintenance is under way.
  • Platform admins work as usual, and the admin panel and sign-in stay available. While the mode is on, a reminder banner stays at the top of this page.
Maintenance mode also refuses incoming channel requests — messages from the widget, Telegram, VK and other channels that arrive by webhook. Warn the team in advance and keep the window short.

Plans

  • The list of plans with price, limits and what's included. The switch turns a plan on or off at once; projects on an inactive plan stay on it, but nobody can choose it anymore.
  • Create Plan and Edit open a dialog: Name, Slug (can't be changed later), Description, Monthly and Yearly price, Operators and Tickets a month (0 means no limit), channels, features, Sort Order and Plan tier.
  • Plan tier tells an upgrade from a downgrade (0 leaves the plan unranked). The Plan for new projects switch in the plan dialog is the same as picking that plan under New projects.
  • BILLmanager is normally Enterprise-only: if you leave it on another plan, projects on that plan can connect it.

Emails

  • The platform's system emails — sign-up, password reset, invitations, billing and more — with subject and status. Edit opens the subject and the email's HTML, with variables and a preview. An email that's off is marked in the list and isn't sent.
  • Email wrapper — the HTML around every email: header, footer, styles. The email text goes in place of {{content}}. Until the wrapper is saved, or while it has no {{content}}, emails go out without it.
  • A new system email shows up in the list only after an update that ships a data migration — on a self-hosted install, without it the email isn't sent.
