For Operators
Export chat for AI / sharing
If you keep ChatGPT or Claude open in another tab and want to give it the conversation's context — or just forward the conversation to a teammate — you can copy the dialog to the clipboard as text. There are two ways.
The whole dialog
Open the “⋯” menu in the ticket header and choose “Copy conversation” — every message of the ticket goes to the clipboard.
Specific messages
Each message has a round select icon in its sender line. Tick the messages you need — they get a teal outline, and a “Selected: N” bar appears above the conversation. Click “Copy selected”; the cross on the bar clears the selection.
What goes into the text
- A header: the customer (name, email, Telegram username) and the ticket subject.
- Each message as its own block: who wrote it (“Client”, “Bot”, the operator's name) and the time in UTC, then the text. Line breaks are kept, and list items start with “•”.
- Attachments are noted as “(N attachments)” — the files themselves aren't included.

Check the mail logsInternal notes are included too, marked “Note (name)”. Streamer mode doesn't affect copying: customer names and contacts are copied as they are. Check the text before sending it to a customer or an outside service.
