Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts work in the operator dashboard: some on any page, others in an open ticket's reply field.
On any page

Ctrl+Shift+G | Games hub: Tetris, Snake, 2048 and other mini-games |
5 taps | Five quick taps on the Inbox page title or on the project button in the bottom bar open the same games hub on a phone |
Esc | Close a dialog, menu or dropdown |
In a ticket

- On a Mac you can press Cmd instead of Ctrl.
- ?, Ctrl+Shift+H and Ctrl+Shift+G don't work while the cursor is in a text field — click outside the field first. Ctrl+K and the ticket shortcuts work while you type.
- Letter shortcuts work in any keyboard layout — no need to switch to English.
Press
? on any page, with the cursor outside text fields, to open a cheat sheet with the main shortcuts. It also has a button that opens the games.Was this page helpful?
