Data export
For Admins

Data export

Tickets, contacts and conversations as CSV, XLSX and JSONL — for reports, archiving or AI training.

Exports are in the Export menu in the header of the Analytics page, each item with its formats. The owner and admins have it.

Menu itemFormatWhat's inside
TicketsCSV, XLSXEvery ticket of the project: ID, subject, status, priority, customer, operator, created and updated dates, tags.
ContactsCSV, XLSXEvery contact: ID, name, email, Telegram, internal ID, created date.
ChatsCSVThe conversations, one row per message: ticket, customer, channel, subject, status, who wrote it, time (UTC) and text.
For AI (JSONL)JSONLOne line per ticket: customer, channel, subject, status and messages with customer and operator roles — a format for AI training.
  • Exports cover all time — the period picked on the page doesn't apply to them.
  • Chat exports include only customer and operator messages: internal notes, bot and AI messages are left out.
  • The file is built on the spot and downloaded by the browser — there's no email or notification to wait for.

One customer's conversations

On the contact card, the owner and admins have “Export chats” — the same CSV for this customer only. For copying a single dialog as an operator, see Export chat for AI / sharing.

Through the API

The same exports can be requested directly, with the sign-in Bearer token of an owner or admin (public API keys don't work here):

GET https://api.support.forestsnet.com/api/w/{workspace_id}/analytics/export/tickets?format=csv|xlsx
GET https://api.support.forestsnet.com/api/w/{workspace_id}/analytics/export/contacts?format=csv|xlsx

GET https://api.support.forestsnet.com/api/w/{workspace_id}/analytics/export/chats-ai[?contact_id=…]
The audit log exports to CSV from its page — with the chosen period and filters (see Audit log). Analytics charts and metrics can't be exported to files; for regular syncing with your own systems, use the public API.
