Is there a free plan?
Yes, Starter: up to 2 agents, 100 requests / mo, website chat, Telegram and VK. No time limit, no card required.
Can I try a paid plan for free?
Yes, any paid plan for 14 days. Write to support@forestsnet.com: we check the company and turn the trial on. When it ends, the project goes back to Starter unless you pay for the plan — nothing is charged automatically.
How do the paid plans differ?
Growth ($19/mo) — up to 5 agents, 1,000 requests / mo; Business ($49/mo) — up to 20 agents, 5,000 requests / mo; Enterprise ($99/mo) — unlimited agents, unlimited requests. The table above compares every feature.
How is a plan paid for?
Monthly, from the project balance. You top up the balance under Billing, which also lists the payment methods. With auto-renewal on, the plan renews itself when the balance covers it.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving up takes effect at once and is paid from the balance; moving down takes effect when the paid period ends.
