VMmanager 6 right from the ticket

When a customer writes “my server isn't responding”, the operator doesn't have to hunt for their VPS in the panel. SupportHub connects to ISPsystem's VMmanager 6 through BILLmanager, shows the customer's server on the ticket card and lets you start or stop it, or sign in to the panel as the customer.

The server was shut down after its node overheated. I've started it again. Could you check, please?

What the operator sees

The customer's services come from BILLmanager along with the ticket: which servers they have, their IP addresses and state. If you allow it, the card also shows the server password, so there's no need to ask the customer to send it in the chat.

Actions without switching windows

The most common VPS actions are done from the ticket card:

  • starting and stopping the server
  • signing in to VMmanager as the customer
  • checking the status after a start

Permissions under control

Showing the password, signing in to the panel as the customer, and starting or stopping the server are each turned on separately in the integration settings. If an action is off, the module simply won't carry it out, even if an operator clicks the button.

FAQ

Do I need separate access to VMmanager?

Not with the module: it works through BILLmanager. With the API connection, you enter VMmanager 6 access details in the channel settings.

Can I stop operators from seeing server passwords?

Yes. Turn off password display in the integration settings, and the password isn't sent to SupportHub at all.
