Support in VK community messages

Everything customers send to your community's messages arrives in SupportHub as tickets. Any available operator can reply, and the customer gets the answer from the community.

Community messages
Customer

Hi, where can I check my order status?

Operator

I've sent you a link to the order page in your account. You can see every status there.

Community messages as tickets

Community admins no longer have to keep an eye on conversations inside VK: every request has an assignee, a status and SLA timers.

A bot in community messages

Just like in Telegram, a bot works in VK: it greets the customer, shows topic buttons and hands the conversation over to an operator.

Templates and one history

Standard answers go in from templates, and you can merge the VK contact with the same customer from other channels.
