Support email in the same window as your chats

Emails to your support address turn into tickets, and operators' replies go out from that same address and land in the same thread on the customer's side.

Email
Customer

Good afternoon. Could you please send the accounting documents for August?

Operator

Hello, I've attached the August invoice and receipt to this email.

IMAP and SMTP, or forwarding

Connect a mailbox directly over IMAP and SMTP, or set up forwarding to SupportHub. Attachments, inline images and email formatting are preserved.

Threads stay intact

When a customer replies to an operator's email, the reply goes into the same ticket instead of opening a new one. Quoted earlier emails are removed from the feed, so the conversation is easy to read.

Auto-replies and notifications

The customer gets an instant confirmation that their email was received, and later, notifications when the ticket is resolved. You can edit the email texts and connect your own SMTP server for sending.

Bounce reports don't clutter the queue: SupportHub notes on the ticket that the email to the customer wasn't delivered, and it doesn't reply to automated messages.

FAQ

Can I connect several addresses?

Yes. Each mailbox is a separate channel, and you can assign them to departments.

What happens to customers' “I'm on vacation” auto-replies?

They only go into the open ticket they reply to, and they don't get an auto-reply back.
